However she said it's all already prepared and she can't change it. She simply disregard my skin type and condition and ignored what I had written in my form and what I had explained to her about my skin condition contrary to what I was told at the reception by the staff named Kim that I can discuss all this and inform the therapist accordingly.

My husband thought in his head at that time to leave, later I found out from him that we had both thought of leaving the Spa. However, since it's our anniversary, I decided not to ruin it. I later told my therapist that I will skip the facial totally to avoid forseeable problem. We also realized later that we did not have the luxurious oil anointing on our head and feet for both of us as well as the Honey Jasmine facial mask for my husband my husband skin is fine so I did not cancel the facial for him as promised in the spa menu in the Spa brochure emailed to us.

The massage was not good at all as I felt that my therapist was only touching and caressing my body instead of messaging my body. I think I had the worst massage of my life as I had been through a lot of spa massages prior to visiting Auriga.

The spa facilities although new, my husband found in the man changing room that there is no door separating the corridor and the changing room where people are walking pass by and able to look in, absolutely no privacy. He also found the spa facilities are badly designed as they are longish and there are no area or hooks to hang the bath towel and robe when showering.

We need to hop from one area to another like going to the changing room, shower room, vanity room, washing area and toilet as they are all in a row. Moreover, when I used the steam room, I couldn't find a handle to open the glass door!!!!

Having said that, we must complement the Manager, I think her name is sook yin. She was really attentive and apologetic when she listened to our feedback and later offer us a complementary voucher.
